If you don’t have suitable packaging, you can request it during the checkout process, and we’ll send you custom packaging designed to fit your item. What happens if the condition of my device is different from what I described?

- Liquid Damage: Devices should not have experienced any liquid damage.
- Healthy Battery: Battery health is above 80% with no warning indicators
- Signs of Wear: Small signs of wear on the body. This can include small shallow scratches, and very small dents, but still overall good cosmetic condition.
- Display: Small shallow scratches that do not interfere with the usage of the device. No chips, cracks, delamination, dead pixels, or any other visible imperfections or damage to the screen.
- Complete Hardware: All external and internal parts (HDD, SSD, RAM) are present, and all ports (Charging, HDMI, USB, etc.) are operational.
- No replaced Hardware: Components should not have been replaced with aftermarket parts.
- Stable Performance: No performance or overheating issues,
- Fully Operational: All components of the device are working correctly with no intermittent issues.
- Liquid Damage: Devices should not have experienced any liquid damage.
- Healthy Battery: Battery holds a healthy level of charge for normal usage with no “replace now” or similar warning.
- Significant Wear: Heavy scratching, dents and/or wear on the device.
- Display: Display can be cracked or have dead pixels.
- Keyboard Keys: Keys can be worn or some keys can be missing.
- Liquid Damage: Evidence of liquid exposure.
- Battery: Battery may not hold charge.
- Complete Hardware: No missing external or internal parts.
- Functional Defects: Presence of any functional defects. Device may not turn on.
- Devices that are missing internal components, bent, crushed, snapped in half, or do not power on cannot be purchased.
- Locked Devices: Devices that are locked, bios locked, where the passwords are unknown, or devices which cannot be removed from iCloud, Intune or other device management services.
How do I remove my device from iCloud?
- Go to iCloud.com and sign in using the Apple ID your device is associated with.
- Click “Find My” which will take you to a page showing a list of your devices under the heading “All Devices”.
Select the device you are planning to remove from your iCloud account, this will expand the options available for the specific device.
- Click “Remove from Account.”
