  • No replaced Hardware: Components should not have been replaced with aftermarket parts.
  • Optimal Performance: No overheating issues, and hinges are fully functional (if applicable).
  • Fully Operational: All components of the device function perfectly with no intermittent issues.
  • Liquid Damage: Devices should not have experienced any liquid damage.
  • Healthy Battery: Battery health is above 80% with no warning indicators
Good Condition
  • Signs of Wear: Small signs of wear on the body. This can include small shallow scratches, and very small dents, but still overall good cosmetic condition.
  • Display: Small shallow scratches that do not interfere with the usage of the device. No chips, cracks, delamination, dead pixels, or any other visible imperfections or damage to the screen.
  • Complete Hardware: All external and internal parts (HDD, SSD, RAM) are present, and all ports (Charging, HDMI, USB, etc.) are operational.
  • No replaced Hardware: Components should not have been replaced with aftermarket parts.
  • Stable Performance: No performance or overheating issues,
  • Fully Operational: All components of the device are working correctly with no intermittent issues.

  • Healthy Battery: Battery holds a healthy level of charge for normal usage with no “replace now” or similar warning.

  1. Go to iCloud.com and sign in using the Apple ID your device is associated with.

  2. Click “Find My” which will take you to a page showing a list of your devices under the heading “All Devices”.

  3. Select the device you are planning to remove from your iCloud account, this will expand the options available for the specific device.

  4. Click “Remove from Account.”
