-The MacBook does not cut out or have any intermittent faults

Poor

Condition
  • The device is fully functional with no faults
  • The display functions correctly with no dead pixels, no significant screen peel or delamination
  • The MacBook powers on, but has dents and scratches.
  • No liquid damage and all keys are operational
  • No missing internal/external parts (HDD, SSD, RAM)
  • All ports work (HDMI and USB etc.)
  • The MacBook does not overheat, all hinges fully working
  • All components are working (Speakers, Mic, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth etc) are fully working touchpad and UK keyboard
  • The MacBook does not cut out or have any intermittent faults

Faulty

Condition
  • Not fully functional (i.e parts not working or fails to load)
  • Does not power on or display an image
  • Severe wear and tear (cracks or heavy dents) and/or display malfunction (delamination, dead pixels, faulty backlight)
  • Ports not working (HDMI and USB etc.) (if applicable)
  • MacBook Overheats
  • Battery is missing (if applicable)
  • Components are not working (Speakers, Mic, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth etc.), including the touchpad and/or keyboard
  • Unknown BIOS or power on password (this is not a password to get into Mac OS)
